1. Postanowienia Ogólne 1. General Provisions
Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady naboru, przyjmowania oraz publikacji utworów w piśmie „Kwintesencja” (dalej: „Pismo”). These Terms determine the rules for submission, acceptance, and publication of works in the „Kwintesencja” magazine (hereinafter: „Magazine”).
2. Przedmiot Regulaminu 2. Subject of the Terms
Regulamin dotyczy wszelkich materiałów twórczych (tekstów, fotografii, grafik itp.), zwanych dalej „Utworami”, przesyłanych przez twórców („Autorów”) w celu publikacji. The Terms apply to all creative materials (texts, photographs, graphics, etc.), hereinafter referred to as „Works”, submitted by creators („Authors”) for publication.
3. Licencja i Prawa Autorskie 3. License and Copyrights
Z chwilą przesłania Utworu i zaakceptowania go do publikacji, Autor udziela Wydawcy nieodpłatnej, niewyłącznej licencji na czas nieoznaczony, bez ograniczeń terytorialnych, obejmującej: Upon submitting a Work and its acceptance for publication, the Author grants the Publisher a free, non-exclusive license for an indefinite period, without territorial restrictions, including:
- Utrwalanie i zwielokrotnianie Utworu techniką cyfrową i drukarską. Fixation and reproduction of the Work using digital and printing techniques.
- Wprowadzanie do obrotu egzemplarzy Pisma. Putting copies of the Magazine into circulation.
- Publiczne udostępnianie Utworu w sieci Internet (strona www, media społecznościowe). Making the Work publicly available on the Internet (website, social media).
- Wykorzystanie fragmentów do celów promocyjnych. Using fragments for promotional purposes.
4. Wynagrodzenie 4. Remuneration
Publikacja w Piśmie ma charakter honorowy (nieodpłatny). Autor traktuje publikację jako formę promocji swojej twórczości i zrzeka się roszczeń finansowych. Publication in the Magazine is honorary (unpaid). The Author treats the publication as a form of promoting their creativity and waives any financial claims.
5. Oświadczenia Autora 5. Author's Declarations
Autor oświadcza, że posiada pełne prawa autorskie do Utworu i że nie narusza on praw osób trzecich. W przypadku roszczeń osób trzecich, Autor ponosi za nie pełną odpowiedzialność prawną. The Author declares that they hold full copyrights to the Work and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. In case of third-party claims, the Author bears full legal responsibility.
6. Publikacja Wizerunku i Noty Biograficznej 6. Publication of Image and Biographical Note
Autor wyraża zgodę na publikację swojego imienia, nazwiska (lub pseudonimu), roku urodzenia, wizerunku (jeśli dostarczono zdjęcie) oraz noty biograficznej (biogramu). The Author agrees to the publication of their first name, last name (or pseudonym), year of birth, image (if a photo is provided), and biographical note (bio).
Dane te mogą być zamieszczane: These data may be placed:
- Przy opublikowanym Utworze. Next to the published Work.
- W sekcjach informacyjnych strony internetowej Pisma, takich jak „My”, „Autorzy”, „Archiwum”. In informational sections of the Magazine's website, such as „About Us”, „Authors”, „Archive”.
- W materiałach promujących wydanie Pisma w mediach społecznościowych. In materials promoting the issue of the Magazine on social media.
7. Prawo do Redakcji i Korekty 7. Right to Edit and Proofread
Wydawca ma prawo do: The Publisher has the right to:
- Korekty ortograficznej, gramatycznej i interpunkcyjnej Utworu. Orthographic, grammatical, and punctuation correction of the Work.
- Edycji i redakcji Utworu w celu dostosowania go do standardów Pisma, w tym zmian w strukturze, formatowaniu i długości tekstu. Editing and redacting the Work to adapt it to the Magazine's standards, including changes in structure, formatting, and text length.
- Wstawienia przypisów lub uwag edytorskich. Inserting footnotes or editorial notes.
8. Postanowienia Końcowe 8. Final Provisions
W sprawach nieuregulowanych decyduje prawo polskie. Sądem właściwym jest sąd siedziby Wydawcy. In matters not regulated, Polish law applies. The competent court is the court of the Publisher's registered office.
